To a make a reservation first check cottage availability on our availability link.  The rates link will tell you the cost of the week or ( in off season) the weekend you  are interested in. Go to the rental agreement link and print our rental agreement form and send in with your deposit.  The information below will answer most of your questions on what to expect (equipment etc.) at the cottage.  If you have any questions you can submit the form below and we will respond as soon as possible.

More Information

 You must be at least 21 years of age inorder to rent cottage. Check in after 3:00PM on your arrival day.  Check out before 11:00AM on your departure day.  Should you arrive early (1:00pm or later please) use the playground, and play on the lake until your check-in time so that our cleaning service has a chance to get the cottage ready for you. In order that the cottage be cleaned appropriately please do not bring anything into the cottage before 3:00.

The cottage has three bedrooms,a double bed 5 twin beds, a folding cot and air mattress.  A well equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill and cable TV. You are responsible for linens and towels. In addition you may want to bring dish cloths for kitchen, detertgent for sink, paper towels, napkins, foil, beach towels, floats and other water and beach toys. There are pillows and blankets available. Please remove all perishable when you leave.  You are not responsible for cleaning the cottage, but you are expected to leave it in an orderly fashion.  We have been very fortunate in that our renters love our cottage as much as we do and have used it gently.  We plan to keep that tradition. Please remove all garbage from the cottage when you leave.  We have weekly (early Thursday) trash pick-up. Please place all garbage in trash bags and place in trash bin located on far side of garage and close lid securely.  Place the bin near the road on Wednesday night, trash pick-up is Thursday morning.

Pets: Due to pet damage, cleaning and other issues we are not accepting tenants with pets.

Smoking: this is a non-smoking house.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $250.00(week) or $100  (weekend) will be held with rental.  You should send a personal check, which we will not deposit if the premises is left in good condition.  Exception: For first time renters we may cash and refund your deposit.

Keys: we will explain how to obtain the keys once we have received your full payment.

Parking: there is space for 2 cars at the side of the garage.  Please observe the no parking signs in front of the double gates.

Repairs/facility: While the cottage is well maintained we cannot guaranteed against breakdowns.  Please notify us immediately in the event of a malfunction. We have service personnel on call.  We cannot offer rental refunds due to equipment failure.

Phone:  The cottage is not equipped with a working phone.  You will need to rely on a cell or throw away phone.

Fires: The fireplace inside cottage is not operable.  Open fires are not permitted outside but there is an enclosed fire place on patio for your use.
